- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) warm rice
Fish
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasoning
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
