- 🍞 2 slices of thick-cut bread
Condiments
- 2 tsp mustard
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cabbage leaf, shredded
Aurora Tuna
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
- 🧈 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Scrambled Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧈 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

Shred the cabbage leaf into thin strips.
Mix tuna, mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make Aurora Tuna.
In a microwave-safe container, whisk the egg with mayonnaise and salt. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Stir to create scrambled eggs.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster for about 3 minutes until lightly golden. Spread mustard on one side of each slice.
Layer cabbage, Aurora Tuna, and scrambled eggs on one slice of bread. Top with the second slice.
Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper and cut it in half horizontally.
