Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (60g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g small potatoes
- 🥕 75g carrot
- 🧅 100g onion
- 🌱 40g frozen shelled edamame
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into wedges.
Place the potatoes and carrots in a large microwave-safe container. Add onion and tuna on top. Mix in the seasonings and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 8–10 minutes.
Add the edamame, mix well, and cover loosely again. Let it sit for 5 minutes with residual heat.
