Pasta
- 80g farfalle pasta
Seafood
- 1 can oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper

- Chopped parsley, for garnish

Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes. Mince the onion and garlic.
Boil a pot of water, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook farfalle according to package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add tomato and tuna, then cook for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add reserved pasta water to the pan and mix briefly. Add cooked farfalle and toss to combine. Plate and garnish with parsley.
