Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Seafood
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🐟 30g whitebait
Toppings
- 🌿 Chopped nori, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌿 1/3 tsp wasabi
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🌿 1/2 tsp grated ginger
