재료
Wrapper
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 can tuna in oil (60g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- salad oil, as needed
Spices
- 1/3 tsp cumin powder
- 1/3 tsp coriander powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of black pepper
Binder
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water

Mince the onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion until translucent, then add tuna and cook until the oil is absorbed. Add the spices and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool.
Layer two spring roll wrappers together. Place half of the tuna mixture on the wrapper, create a well in the center, and crack an egg into it. Seal the edges with the flour-water mixture, folding into a triangle. Repeat for the second portion.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 180°C (1cm depth). Fry the wrapped triangles, spooning oil over them, until golden and crispy.
