- 8 pieces okra
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

Tuna Mayo
- 🐟 2 cans (140g) oil-packed tuna
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Rub salt on the okra, rinse with water, and remove the caps. Microwave the okra in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 2 minutes at 600W, then let it cool. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Cut the processed cheese into star shapes.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, black pepper, soy sauce, and mayonnaise to make the tuna mayo filling.
Dip a sheet of rice paper briefly in lukewarm water to soften. Place lettuce, okra, red bell pepper, and the tuna mayo filling on the rice paper. Roll tightly, adding alternating slices of cheddar and processed cheese during the final roll.
