Sushi Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of warm rice (about 150g)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 15g takuan (pickled radish)
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 Soy sauce as needed
Toppings
- 🐟 60g tuna sashimi (block)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed

Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt into the warm rice to create sushi rice.
Chop the takuan into small pieces and mix it with the sushi rice along with sesame seeds.
Spread the sushi rice mixture evenly on a piece of plastic wrap.
