- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp salad oil
Tartar Sauce
- 2 pickled rakkyo
- 10g takuan (pickled radish)
- 10g shibazuke (pickled vegetables)
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍶 1 tsp vinegar

Pat the tuna dry with a paper towel and season it evenly with salt and pepper.
