- 3 pieces fried tofu
- 6 stalks green onion
- 🧀 3 slices melting cheese
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Tuna Tartar
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of pepper

Cut the green onions into thirds after removing the roots.
Mash the boiled egg in a bowl using a fork, then mix in tuna, mayonnaise, and pepper to create the tuna tartar.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Spread 1/3 of the tuna tartar on each piece of tofu, leaving space at the back. Add one slice of cheese and 1/3 of the green onions. Roll from the front and secure with two toothpicks. Repeat for all pieces and cut each roll in half.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and spread it thinly. Fry the rolls over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
