Vegetables
- 2 turnips (150g), peeled and cut into wedges
- 4 asparagus spears, peeled and halved
Canned Goods
- 1 can of tuna in oil (70g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
