Vegetables
- 3 turnips, peeled and cut
- Leaves from 3 turnips, chopped
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms, trimmed and chopped
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
Thickening Agent
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water

Peel the turnips and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Chop the turnip leaves finely. Trim the enoki mushrooms and cut them into 1cm pieces.
Heat a pot and add the ground pork. Stir and break it apart while cooking until the color changes. Add the seasonings, enoki mushrooms, and turnips.
Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and simmer over medium heat for about 8 minutes until the turnips become translucent. Add the turnip leaves and thicken the sauce with the potato starch mixture.
