Stamina Tossed Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings of Chinese noodles
- 150g ground chicken
- 5 stalks of chives
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Stamina Meat Sauce Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Stamina Addictive Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Caprese Tossed Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings of Chinese noodles
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- 60g block bacon
- 1 basil leaf
- 🍋 1/2 lemon
Caprese Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder

Boil water in a pot and cook Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
For Stamina Tossed Noodles: Mix noodles with the addictive sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Chop chives finely.
Combine ground chicken with meat sauce seasoning in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir to break apart the meat.
Plate the noodles, top with chives, meat sauce, and egg yolks.
For Caprese Tossed Noodles: Dice tomato, mozzarella cheese, and bacon into 7mm cubes.
Microwave diced bacon in a microwave-safe container covered loosely with plastic wrap at 600W for 1 minute.
Mix noodles with Caprese seasoning and squeeze the remaining lemon juice into the bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine tomato, mozzarella cheese, and bacon.
Plate the noodles, top with the mixed ingredients, and garnish with basil and lemon slices.
