Base
- 1 pack cooked udon noodles
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Toppings
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🧅 50g thinly sliced onion
- 15g thinly sliced bell pepper
- 🌽 1 tbsp frozen corn
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
단계
Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper. Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Chop the cooked udon noodles roughly and place them in a plastic bag. Add the beaten egg and knead to combine.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the bacon until browned, then remove. Reduce heat to low and press the udon mixture into the pan to form a round base. Cook for 5 minutes until browned, then flip and turn off the heat.
Spread ketchup over the udon base. Add onion, bell pepper, bacon, corn, and cheese as toppings.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the cheese melts. Sprinkle with black pepper.
