Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
Seafood
- 50g uni (sea urchin)
- 50g soy-marinated ikura (salmon roe)
Vegetables
- 1 shiso leaf, thinly sliced
Condiments
- Wasabi, as needed
Sushi Vinegar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

Cut off the stem of the shiso leaf and slice it thinly.
In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves completely to make sushi vinegar.
Place the cooked rice in another bowl and pour the sushi vinegar over it. Mix gently using a rice paddle in a cutting motion to make sushi rice.
Serve the sushi rice in a bowl, top with uni and ikura. Place the sliced shiso leaf in the center and add wasabi as a garnish.
