Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 3 stalks wakame
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Batter
- 🥔 250g grated potato
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch

Cut off the roots of wakame and slice into 1cm pieces. Grate the potatoes.

Thinly slice the pork belly.

In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients (☆), then add wakame and pork. Mix well.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, pour the mixture in, and shape it. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until browned.

Flip the chijimi and cook for another 2–3 minutes over medium heat until fully cooked.
