- 🍶 300g silken tofu
- 🐖 150g pork loin slices
- 🥬 50g bok choy
- 💧 400ml water
- 🍗 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
White Sesame Tantan Miso
- 🟤 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🌰 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- White leek, as needed
- Chili oil, as needed

Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise, then cut horizontally to separate the leaves and stems.
Mix all the ingredients for the white sesame tantan miso in a bowl.
