Main Ingredients
- 🧅 2 whole new onions
- 🥓 2 slices of bacon
- 🧀 2 slices of melting cheese
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🧈 20 g salted butter
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 💧 200 ml water
Garnish
- a pinch of black pepper
- 🌿 a pinch of chopped parsley
단계
Cut a cross-shaped incision at the root of the new onions.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Once melted, add the bacon and sauté until lightly browned. Add the seasonings (☆) and mix well. Add the new onions, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20–30 minutes.
Add milk and heat until just before boiling. Tear the melting cheese into pieces and add to the pot, stirring until fully melted.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper and parsley.
