  • Thickening Agent

    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 1/2 tbsp water

    • 1 tsp chili oil

Make a shallow cross-cut at the bottom of the tomato. Boil water in a pot, blanch the tomato briefly, transfer to cold water, and peel the skin.
