Pierce the pork belly with a fork. Place all ingredients into a resealable bag, remove air, seal, and massage the bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Transfer the contents of the bag, including the marinade, into a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Flip the pork, cover again, and microwave for another 3 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on to finish cooking with residual heat.
Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces, plate, and drizzle with the cooking juices.
