- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root
- 100g komatsuna greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
