- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets (2 pieces)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🍋 2 wedges of lemon
- Baby leaf greens, as needed

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder

Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix together the sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and curry powder.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the yellowtail fillets and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel, then add the mixed seasoning. Simmer on low heat, stirring, until the sauce thickens and coats the fillets.
Plate the fillets and garnish with lemon wedges and baby leaf greens.
