- 150g somen noodles
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🍅 3 mini tomatoes
- 65g mizuna greens
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 🧅 1/3 stalk minced green onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chili oil

Slice the thick part of the chicken breast to even out the thickness. Place in a microwave-safe container, add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let cool and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the mizuna greens into 3cm pieces and halve the mini tomatoes. Mince the green onion.
Mix the sauce ingredients (green onion, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, and chili oil) in the microwave-safe container used for the chicken.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain.
Plate the somen noodles, top with mizuna greens, mini tomatoes, and chicken slices, then drizzle the sauce over the dish.
