- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp yuzu pepper

Poke several holes in the chicken thigh using a fork.
