- 130g konjac
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
