INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 piece processed cheese, diced
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bag arugula, chopped
Oil
- 2 tsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the arugula and cut into 2cm pieces. Dice the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add arugula and the ☆ seasonings, stir-frying briefly. Let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the stir-fried arugula mixture. Add the diced cheese and mix well. Divide into 4 equal portions.
Place 1/4 of the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Repeat to make 4 rice balls.
