- 🐚 50g clams (purged)
Seaweed
- 🌿 5g dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 1 tbsp miso paste

- 💧 400ml water

Add Japanese dashi granules and water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then add dried wakame and purged clams. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the clam shells open.

Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup. Bring to a gentle boil before serving.
