- 🌱 3 stalks of asparagus (60g)
Seasoning
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half with a peeler. Cut into thirds lengthwise and then halve each piece vertically.
Mix the soy sauce and water in a heat-resistant dish.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the asparagus for 1 minute. Drain the asparagus and add it to the dish with the sauce. Cover tightly with cling wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes to let the flavors soak in.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
