Wasabi Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of wasabi
ADIMLAR
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then slice into 4 equal pieces horizontally. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the mini tomatoes in half.
Cut the cream cheese into 4 equal pieces and coat the surface with bonito flakes.
Skewer the avocado, cream cheese, and mini tomatoes onto toothpicks or skewers.
Plate the skewers and serve with wasabi soy sauce on the side.
