ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 150g firm tofu
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 1/3 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
Seasoning
- 50g mentaiko
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
ШАГИ
Pat dry the firm tofu with kitchen paper and cut into 1.5cm cubes. Peel and pit the avocado, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and scoop out the contents with a spoon.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (mentaiko, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice). Add the avocado, tofu, and kaiware sprouts, and toss gently.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
