Wrapper
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Protein
- 🍗 3 chicken tenderloins (150g)
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), julienned
- 🌿 12 basil leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
Cooking Oil
- 4 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Additional Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Binding
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken tenderloins into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
Slice carrot thinly and julienne into strips.
Heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil in a pan, add chicken, carrot, and grated garlic. Stir-fry over medium heat until chicken changes color. Add additional seasoning and sauté briefly. Remove and let cool.
Place 1/6 of the filling on the spring roll wrapper, add 2 basil leaves, and roll tightly. Seal the edges with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat the remaining salad oil in a pan, place the rolls seam-side down, and pan-fry over medium heat until golden brown, turning occasionally.
