- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Beef Marinade
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
