INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 125g pea shoots
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Prepare the vegetables: cut pea shoots in half, slice onion and garlic, and dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add beef and cook over medium heat until done. Remove excess oil with a paper towel, then add sugar and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil) in a bowl, then add diced tomato.
Combine the beef, pea shoots, onion, and dressing in a bowl and toss well.
