Main Ingredients
- 350g thinly sliced beef
- 250g bean sprouts
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 150g chives
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Wasabi Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp wasabi
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients by slicing vegetables and trimming mushrooms.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, brown sugar, and wasabi to create the dipping sauce.
Lay out thinly sliced beef and place vegetables and mushrooms on one end.
Roll the beef tightly around the vegetables to form rolls.
Spread bean sprouts evenly at the bottom of a steamer.
Place the beef rolls on top of the bean sprouts in the steamer.
Steam on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Arrange steamed rolls on a plate with bean sprouts in the center and serve with wasabi soy sauce.
