INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g beef steak
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 🥦 2 stalks asparagus (40g)
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Season beef with salt and pepper and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Cut onion into wedges, bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, asparagus into diagonal slices, and king oyster mushroom into thin slices.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat half of the salad oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the beef for 1 minute on each side. Remove and wrap in aluminum foil. Once cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the remaining salad oil in the pan and stir-fry the vegetables until the onion becomes translucent. Add the beef back to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour the sauce over and stir-fry on high heat to combine.
