INGREDIENTI
Base
- 🍚 100g of cooked rice
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🌰 Pinch of toasted sesame seeds
Bibimbap Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
PASSI
Cut spinach and carrot into manageable sizes. Microwave spinach and carrot separately for 1 minute at 600W. Rinse spinach and drain.
Season spinach and carrot with half the sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Season both sides of pork slices with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Place spinach, carrot, and rice on a pork slice. Roll tightly and wrap with another pork slice to secure. Repeat for 5 rolls.
Heat remaining sesame oil in a pan. Place rolls seam-side down and cook over medium heat until browned.
Turn rolls to brown evenly. Cover and steam on low heat for 3 minutes until pork is cooked through.
Add bibimbap sauce ingredients to the pan and mix. Coat rolls evenly with the sauce.
Slice rolls into bite-sized pieces, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
