ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1/2 radish, cut into large pieces
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
Condiments
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1.5 cups red pepper flakes
- 🍬 1/2 cup sugar
- 🧄 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 1/2 cup perilla oil
Broth
- 1 anchovy stock pack
- 💧 4 cups water (800mL)
ШАГИ
Cut 1/2 radish into large pieces and slice 1 green onion.
Place radish in a large pot and layer green onion on top. Add 4 cups (800mL) of water.
Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, sugar, perilla oil, and anchovy stock pack. Mix well.
Cover the pot and boil on high heat.
Once boiling, uncover and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the anchovy stock pack and serve.
