INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillet
- 🥬 90g daikon, sliced
- 1 slice ginger
- White negi for garnish
Broth
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 pinch dashi powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut daikon into 1.5cm slices, peel thickly, and halve. Slice ginger thinly.
Cut yellowtail into two pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
Mix all broth ingredients in a bowl.
Place daikon, ginger, and yellowtail in the pressure cooker pot. Add the broth mixture and set the cooker.
Set the timer for 15 minutes. Once pressure is released, open the lid and flip the ingredients. Close the lid and let sit for 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with white negi.
