- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 75g yellow bell pepper
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut broccoli into small florets and remove the hard outer layer of the stem, slicing it into 1cm pieces. Slice yellow bell pepper into quarters, then cut diagonally into thirds.
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and grated ginger, stir-frying until the beef changes color.
Add broccoli and yellow bell pepper to the pan, stir-frying until softened. Add oyster sauce, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper, cooking until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
