- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
- 🍅 1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
Chicken Marinade
- 🥛 100g plain yogurt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp curry powder
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 50ml water
Garnish
- To taste, heavy cream
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Combine chicken with yogurt, ginger, garlic, and curry powder in a bag. Massage well and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until softened. Add canned tomatoes, marinated chicken, and seasoning ingredients. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Uncover and simmer for 20 minutes to reduce liquid. Add milk and mix well.
Serve curry over rice, garnish with cream and parsley.
