Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) miso-flavored mackerel
Protein
- 🧈 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🥬 100g shredded cabbage
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Soup Base
- 🌿 2 slices thinly sliced ginger
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 400cc water
BƯỚC
Cut the thick fried tofu in half and slice into 1cm widths.
Thinly slice the ginger.
Add the soup base ingredients (ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, water) to a pot and heat until boiling.
Add the tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage, and mackerel (including the canned liquid) to the pot. Mix gently.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
