ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 handful shredded cabbage
- 🧅 2 handfuls shredded green onion
Seasoning
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 💧 1-2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Shred the cabbage and green onion into thin strips.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together except the water.
Gradually add water to the sauce, 1 tbsp at a time, until it reaches a slightly thick consistency.
Mix the shredded cabbage and green onion with 2 tbsp of the sauce.
Add a small amount of sesame oil and mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
