INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (150g) cabbage
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
Staples
- 4 dumpling wrappers
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm wide pieces. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms, slice the caps thinly, and shred the stems.
Cut the dumpling wrappers into quarters.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the cabbage and shiitake mushrooms, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the cabbage softens.
Add the dumpling wrappers and cook for about 2 minutes until they are cooked through. Drizzle sesame oil into the soup.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
