SCHRITTE
Remove the strings from the celery and chop both the leaves and stalks into coarse pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then stir-fry the celery and canned tuna briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (ground sesame, sugar, and miso paste) and stir-fry until well combined.
