    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp chili paste

Cut the bell peppers in half vertically, remove the stems and seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion in half horizontally and cut into quarters. Mince the garlic.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add the meat seasoning ingredients and massage into the chicken.

Heat half the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over low heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned, then remove from the pan.

Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) to the pan and heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until fully cooked.

Return the vegetables to the pan and mix well. Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
