Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
- 1/2 block konjac
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp red miso
- To taste chopped scallion
Liquid Seasoning
- 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
BƯỚC
Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces. Tear the konjac into bite-sized chunks using a spoon. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Place the konjac in a pot with enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken skin-side down and cook until the color changes. Add the konjac and green onion, stirring until coated with oil.
Add the liquid seasonings and ginger. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes. Dissolve the miso into the mixture, increase the heat, and shake the pan gently to thicken the sauce.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped scallions.
