BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea sprouts
- 10cm (300g) daikon radish
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 150cc water
LANGKAH
Cut the root off the pea sprouts and divide them into thirds. Grate the daikon radish and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Slice the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then cut into 1cm slices at an angle (sogigiri). Season with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Place the chicken slices and cook for about 3 minutes until both sides change color.
Add grated daikon and the sauce ingredients (mentuyu, ginger, water) to the pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and mix in the pea sprouts. Stir gently to combine.
