ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Adequate amount of potato starch
- 1 piece mentaiko
- 2 shiso leaves
- 🧀 1 slice cheese
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Slice the chicken breast horizontally, open it up, and pound it to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper and coat with potato starch.
Place cheese slice, shiso leaves, and mentaiko on the right side of the chicken. Fold the left side over, secure with toothpicks, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the stuffed chicken and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the teriyaki sauce ingredients to the pan and coat the chicken evenly. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
