INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 green onion (green part)
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning for Rice
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh horizontally into halves, then slice into 2cm wide strips.
Add soaked rice and seasoning ingredients into the rice cooker. Fill with water up to the 2-cup mark, mix well, and flatten the surface. Place chicken, green onion, and ginger on top, then cook as usual.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the aromatic sauce.
Once cooked, remove the chicken and other toppings from the rice cooker. Mix the rice well, then serve rice and chicken on plates. Optionally, drizzle the aromatic sauce over the chicken.
