Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetable
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (80g)
Coating
- 1.5 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- As needed salad oil
Topping
- 🌰 As needed white sesame seeds
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the cabbage.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix marinade ingredients in a bag, add chicken, massage, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add potato starch to the marinated chicken and massage to coat.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally.
Heat sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat until slightly thickened, then add fried chicken and coat.
Serve rice in a bowl, top with cabbage, chicken, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
